Routine determinations cover those parameters referred by the corresponding legislation and others such as:
- Pollen-scopic analysis (e. pollens of thymari, erikas, kastanias, kounouklas, sintheton, mirtodon, etc)
- Humidity
- Electrical conductivity of the 20% w/v solution
- Reducing sugars content (glucose-fructose)
- Saccharose content
- Hydroxy-methyl-furfural (HMF)
- Free acids
- Detection of starch syrup
- Refractive index
- Activate diastase (Schade scale)
- pH and acidity
- Pesticide residues
- Antibiotics residues
