Routine determinations cover those parameters referred by the corresponding legislation and others such as:

  • Pollen-scopic analysis (e. pollens of thymari, erikas, kastanias, kounouklas, sintheton, mirtodon, etc)
  • Humidity
  • Electrical conductivity of the 20% w/v solution
  • Reducing sugars content (glucose-fructose)
  • Saccharose content
  • Hydroxy-methyl-furfural (HMF)
  • Free acids
  • Detection of starch syrup
  • Refractive index
  • Activate diastase (Schade scale)
  • pH and acidity
  • Pesticide residues
  • Antibiotics residues
